| Nearly all sites will show a compliance statement on the front page indicating that their models are over the legal age, normally 18 in most countries. This should also include an address where the model release forms and Id pictures can be inspected. Some sites also show the model with ID photos themselves in cases where the age may be in doubt.
Although this system is far from foolproof, particularly as it is a US initiative, it does provide the start of a proper framework. Some sites choose models that do look particularly young for their age, which does make standards a little more diffcult to apply. While we at Gay Review will never publish details of any site where we have the slightest reason to be doubtful about the legality of model ages, you should always apply your own common sense to what you are viewing in accordance with the country in which you are living. |
