The videos are offered in three formats, MP4 for your IPod, flash for streaming, and MPG for downloading. If you can, downloading is better as streaming in flash or WMV can lead to a slight quality loss.

Every video has its own page, containing a description, key details including duration, a description, 10 or so vidcaps from the movie, and an option for members to leave a comment and rare the video.
